We work with a limited number of properties in a defined area. We are not the right fit if you are looking to generate rental income. We are the right fit if your home is private, your expectations are high, and you want one trusted person who knows your property by heart.
Fixed monthly retainers. No hidden costs, no per-visit charges, no commissions. Every plan begins with a complimentary on-site assessment.
Retainers are indicative and depend on property size, location, and specific requirements. Minimum engagement: 12 months.
Added to any plan as needed — billed separately at agreed rates, always transparently.
We cover a defined area — not all of Spain. Knowing our territory intimately is what lets us respond to your property within hours, not days.
